Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jalevo ("jalevo", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jalevo website located at jalevo.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, logging into your jalevo account, or otherwise accessing or using the jalevo platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jalevo platform.

jalevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, jalevo will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Section 2

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jalevo platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. jalevo conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Residency

The jalevo platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you represent that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jalevo platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. jalevo makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering a jalevo account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the jalevo platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, jalevo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets or games, and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

jalevo may request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change of account details. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jalevo may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Section 3

Account Obligations

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jalevo username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. jalevo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the jalevo support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.2 Accurate Personal Information

You agree to keep all personal information associated with your jalevo account accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, residential address, email address, or phone number must be notified to jalevo support and may require additional verification. jalevo is not responsible for misdirected communications resulting from inaccurate contact details held on your account.

3.3 Prohibition on Underage Use

If you are aware that any person under the age of 18 has access to your device or account credentials, you must take all reasonable steps to prevent their access to the jalevo platform. jalevo strongly recommends the use of parental control software on any device that may be used by minors. You accept responsibility for ensuring that persons under 18 in your household cannot access the jalevo platform using your account or device.

3.4 Compliance with Platform Rules

You agree to use the jalevo platform only in accordance with these Terms and any supplementary rules published on the platform in relation to specific games, betting markets, or promotions. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming and sports wagering for your own personal entertainment.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

jalevo accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. jalevo reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time and without prior notice.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jalevo balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to appear, depending on your bank's processing time. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jalevo finance team for verified accounts within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 72 hours depending on the card issuer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements described in Section 2.5. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of the verification process. jalevo reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation prior to releasing a withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible, jalevo will process the withdrawal to a verified alternative method upon request. jalevo will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified bank accounts, or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

4.4 Currency

All jalevo account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jalevo does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you deposit using an international card that charges in a different currency, your card issuer's exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees will apply — jalevo is not responsible for such charges.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jalevo offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to winnings derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jalevo account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-RTP table games and certain live dealer titles — may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement, or may count at a reduced rate. Full details are provided on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

jalevo takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing matching or opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome (arbitrage); using automated or scripted software to place bets; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where jalevo identifies suspected bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to close the account with immediate effect.

5.4 Promotional Availability

jalevo promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are not available to players who have self-excluded or to accounts that jalevo has determined are being operated primarily to harvest bonuses rather than for genuine recreational play.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

In connection with your use of the jalevo platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account on the jalevo platform, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identification.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software of any kind to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform to generate winnings — any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including match-fixing schemes or coordinated betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any jalevo software, game engine, or security system.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using stolen payment instruments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jalevo staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to conceal your true location or identity.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit made to your jalevo account after wagering activity has occurred on those funds.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

jalevo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to have a negative impact on your financial situation, relationships, or wellbeing, jalevo encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered jalevo players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect; limit reductions are applied immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play — available in increments from 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, it is irreversible. You will be unable to re-register on the platform.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications during gaming sessions that display your session duration and net win/loss position.

7.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

jalevo enforces strict age verification on all accounts. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their account closed immediately and any deposits returned where possible. jalevo recommends that players with children in their household use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

jalevo makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, access to the platform may be interrupted from time to time due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, events beyond jalevo's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or internet service provider failures), or regulatory requirements. jalevo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for any losses resulting from unavailability.

8.2 Game Integrity

jalevo's game library is provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While jalevo works exclusively with providers whose titles have been independently certified for fairness and random number generation, jalevo accepts no liability for technical errors originating in the game software of third-party providers. In the event of a game malfunction, bets placed during the malfunction period will be void and stakes returned.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jalevo shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if jalevo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 No Warranty

The jalevo platform and all content, games, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jalevo does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.

8.5 Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jalevo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the subject matter of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jalevo's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
